After-School Clubs Cost

I am sure you are aware of recent publicity regarding the strain all schools are now experiencing regarding their annual budgets and being able to provide for every pupil whilst controlling expenditure.
We have always prided ourselves on our ability to provide the best experiences for our pupils and to allow every child to reach their full potential.
This year for the first time, despite having a strong enrolment trend of rising numbers, we are having to tighten our purse strings and our after-school clubs and the payment of specialist coaches/tutors cannot be met through the school budget.
Costs for the following clubs will be £5 per half-term:-
- Girls Football £5
- Boys Football £5
- Girls’ Hockey £5
- Dance £5
- Speech and Drama £5
To book your child’s place at any club, payment should be forwarded to school office in an envelope with your child’s name and clubs you are paying for.
Clubs running fully from next Monday 10th September will be:-
- Mondays – FUN CLUB (P1-P7) AQE (P7) Girls Football (P3-P7)
- Tuesdays – FUN CLUB (P1-P7) AQE (P7) Piano Tuition Speech and Drama (P3-7)
- Wednesdays – FUN CLUB (P1-P7) Boys Football Dance (P3-P7) Violin Tuition
- Thursdays – FUN CLUB (P1-P7) GIRLS’ HOCKEY (P4-P7) Piano Tuition/ Guitar Tuition
