Tea With Santa on 6th December

Our annual “Tea With Santa” on 6th December is approaching, and as ever, we depend on your support to make this event a success. Can we ask each family to please contribute the following items:-

• 1 bag of marshmallows
• 1 dozen traybakes
• 2 luxury items for the hampers
• something nice for the homebaking stall

As ever this year, we are planning to have a host of fun activities for all the family to enjoy and Santa will be in residence in his grotto from 12 noon to 3pm.

Our local businesses are supporting the event too and sending in a range of vouchers and items for our raffle at 3pm.

Tickets will be sold on the day and cost £5 per child and £2.50 per adult. Children’s tickets include a visit to Santa, gift and photo, art activities, toasted mallows and hot fruit punch.

Hot dogs, pony rides (subject to insurance), craft stalls, homebaking, tea, coffee, scones/traybakes/fruit loaf etc. will be available in the Infant Classroom, and our school choir will have singing slots throughout the afternoon too.

A rota with a range of various jobs will be available in school from next week onwards, and we will also send this home in bags for you to fill in if you can help in any way.
